      自我评估调动了学前教育机构不断反思和改进实践的积极性,同时为外部评估提供信息,成为新西兰学前教育机构不断完善的重要途径。新西兰学前教育机构自我评估的经验可以为我国学前教育机构评估提供重要参考。通过对新西兰教育评估办公室相关报告文件的解读,发现影响机构自我评估的因素包括:领导者对自我评估的重视与推动;机构的专业发展支撑自我评估;稳定的教师队伍和合作性团队工作;评估的有效体系以及评估相关资源的利用。挑战有:对自我评估的理解和体系的建立不足;自我评估所需的领导力不足;自我评估的内部关键要素把握不足。为改进自我评估,建议建设或者拓展现存的实践;寻找外部的建议和支持;以及使用现存的出版物来支持与引导自我评估等。
英文摘要:
      Self-assessment has mobilized preschool education institutions to constantly reflect on and improve their enthusiasm for practice,provide information for external assessment at the same time,it becomes an important way to improve preschool education institutions in New Zealand.New Zealand's experience in self-assessment of preschool education institutions can provide an important reference for the evaluation of preschool education institutions in China.Through the interpretation of the relevant report documents of the Education Assessment Office of New Zealand, it is found that the factors that affect self assessment include:Strong leadership for self-assessment; Self-assessment of Professional Development Support in Institutions;Stable Teachers and Cooperative Team Work; effective evaluation system and assessment of the utilization of related resources.The challenges are: the lack of understanding of self assessment and the establishment of the system; the lack of leadership required for self evaluation; and the lack of key elements in the internal critical elements of self-assessment.To improve self-assessment, it is recommended to build or expand existing practices; to find external recommendations and support; and to use existing publications to support and guide self-assessment.
