      2015年ESSA的颁布标志着美国进一步在联邦教育法案中承认学前教育的重要性。依据ESSA,美国各州通过在州ESSA计划中规划学前教育、将学前教育纳入学校改进策略、支持学前教育工作者的发展、以及创设顺利过渡的学习环境等措施进行学前教育改革。美国学前教育改革启示我们,学前教育公平是教育公平的起点、幼儿园质量评估与改进体系建设、学前教育与小学教育一体化建设、高质量的学前教育师资队伍建设刻不容缓。
英文摘要:
      The release of ESSA in 2015 marked that, the United States further recognized the importance of early childhood education under the federal education act. According to ESSA, the states have carried out early childhood education reform through the state ESSA plan, including early childhood education into School Improvement Strategy, supporting the development of early childhood educators, and creating a learning environment for smooth transition. The reform of American early childhood education has inspired us to take early childhood education to be a fair starting point for education; we should integrate early childhood education with primary education, and have to develop high-qualified preschool education teachers.
