通过访谈、问卷调查和查阅文献资料等形式对甘肃省Z县农村幼儿园户外活动的现状进行调查,结果显示:1)户外活动中的时间与地点安排不合理;2)户外活动的内容与形式单一;3)幼教队伍薄弱,专业师资紧缺;4)户外活动的材料短缺,环境与设施设备的利用效率低;5)混龄教育中教师欠缺随机教育能力,不重视榜样的教育作用;6)安全意识不高,缺乏责任心。对策建议:1)建立家长参与制,增强亲子关系;2)落实政策法规对户外活动的要求标准,建立科学的、地区化的幼儿园保教制度;3)转变幼儿园领导和幼儿教师对户外活动的认识观念,顺应新时代学前儿童户外活动组织的基本要求,共同营造幼儿健康发展的良好氛围;4)充分挖掘农村、藏家文化的教育资源,开发具有甘肃省Z县民族特色的园本户外活动,拓宽户外活动的内容和形式;5)基层组织加大对幼儿园教育的支持力度,建立健全农村幼儿园质量评估制度,提高农村学前教育质量,促进教育公平。 |

The outdoor activities of Rural Kindergartens in Z County of Gansu Province were investigated through interviews, questionnaires and literature review. The results showed that: 1) the arrangement of time and place in outdoor activities is unreasonable; 2) the content and form of outdoor activities are too simple; 3)The preschool education team is weak and the professional teachers are in short of supply; 4) There is a shortage of materials for outdoor activities, and the use of environment and facilities is inefficient; 5)In mixed-age education, teachers are lack of the ability of random strain education capacity and do not pay attention to the education of role models; 6) Safety awareness is quite low and lack of responsibility. Therefore this paper gives following countermeasures and suggestions: 1) establishing parent involvement system, and enhancing parent-child relationship; 2) implementing the policies requirements and regulations for outdoor activities, and establishing a scientific and regional kindergarten education system; 3) changing the awareness of kindergarten leaders and kindergarten teachers about outdoor activities, trying to meet the basic requirements of preschool children's outdoor activities in the new era, and jointly creating a good atmosphere for children's healthy development; 4) fully discovering educational resources of rural and Tibetan cultures, developing garden-based outdoor activities with ethnic characteristics of Z County, Gansu Province, and broaden the content and form of outdoor activities; 5) Local governments should strengthen their support for kindergarten education, establish and improve the quality evaluation system of rural kindergartens, improve the quality of rural preschool education and promote educational equity. |
