众所周知,幼儿园男幼师少之又少,社会上对男幼师也有所偏见。但学前教育的发展需要男幼师的加入,男幼师具有明显的职业优势,幼儿园、家长、幼儿对男幼师的认可度都很高。调查发现,男幼师的职业现状令人担忧,在年龄和学历状况、工资待遇、人际关系、自我实现、职业认同感、对自身职业状态的看法、社会地位等方面面临困境。针对问题,文章提出主要从男幼师自身、幼儿园、政府和社会四个方面共同努力,提升男幼师的数量和质量,让男幼师成为幼儿园教育工作中的一道亮丽风景。 |

As is known to all, there are few male preschool teachers and there are some social prejudices against male preschool teachers. However, the development of preschool education requires the participation of male preschool teachers, who have obvious career advantages. Parents and children have high recognition of male preschool teachers. The survey found that the career status of male preschool teachers is worrying, they face difficulties in terms of age and education, salary, interpersonal relationship, self-fulfillment, professional identity, perception of their own professional status and social status. In view of the problem, the paper proposed to make joint efforts from the four aspects of male preschool teachers themselves, kindergartens, governments and society to improve the quantity and quality of male preschool teachers, so that male preschool teachers can become beautiful scenery in the cause of preschool education. |
