      高校教师评价体系的建立、健全是高校制度建设中最重要的环节,是高等院校提高教师队伍整体职业水平的重要影响因素。面对高校教师评价体系的多样性和复杂性,通过科学知识图谱对高校教师评价体系研究文献进行系统的分析,可以全面了解改革开放以来高校教师评价体系的变化过程。根据时代的不同,国家政策方针的变化及高校发展目标的差异性,高校教师评价体系还需要不断的完善。要加强和改进师德考核,突出教育教学业绩和教学质量考核,引领教师专业发展,进行发展性评价与奖惩性评价相结合,把教师评价看作是一项系统的评价过程,还应重视教师的社会服务考核。
英文摘要:
      The establishment and improvement of colleges and universities teachers' evaluation system is the most important link in the construction of colleges and universities, and it is an important factor that affects the overall professional level of teachers in colleges and universities. Faced with the diversity and complexity of colleges and universities teachers' evaluation system, this article systematically analyzes the research literature of colleges and universities teacher evaluation system with Mapping Knowledge Domains, which can help comprehensively understanding the development process of evaluation system of college teachers since the Chinese Economic Reform and Opening-up. In accordance with the different times, changes in national policy guidelines and differences in the development goals of universities, the evaluation system for university teachers should be continuously improved. It is necessary to strengthen and improve the evaluation of teachers' morality and highlight education and teaching performance and assessment of teaching quality. This paper also suggests that we should direct the professional development of teachers, redesign the developmental evaluation with rewards and penalties, regard teacher evaluation as a systematic evaluation process, and have to emphasize teachers’ social service assessment.
