      通过采用大五人格量表和幼儿教师职业认同量表,对所收集的数据进行统计分析,探讨了企业幼儿园教师人格特质和职业认同的关系。研究结果显示:企业幼儿园教师职业认同感得分偏低。职业认同与开放性和责任意识呈显著正相关。责任意识在很大程度上可以预测职业动力感、职业获益感的强弱。据此,针对改善教师认同现状提出相应的建议和措施。
英文摘要:
      On the basis of data collected by NEO Personality Scale and Kindergarten Teachers’ Professional Identity Scale, the paper tries to analyze the relationship between the personality type and professional identity of teachers in enterprise kindergartens. Statistics show: Professional identity of teachers in enterprise kindergartens is at relatively a low level, which is positively correlated with openness and sense of duty; Sense of duty is a predictive indicator for sense of professional motivation and sense of professional gain. Suggestions are proposed in accordance with the above mentioned situation.
