| 为提高女大学生创业成功率，运用系统理论中的解释结构模型原理，把影响女大学生创业成败的20项因素构建为层级递阶结构图，从而明晰了各因素之间的逻辑关系。研究带来3点启示：①营造良好社会氛围和创业环境是女大学生创业成功的前提；②完善政府政策有效供给、搭建创业教育及服务平台是女大学生创业成功的保障；③培养女大学生自我实现、追求独立和良好心理素质等优秀品质，提高女大学生个体及团队的专业技能、决断能力、创新意识、资源整合水平等核心能力是创业成功的关键。 |

| In order to improve the success rate of female college students' entrepreneurship, we use the interpretative structural model theory in system theory to construct 20 factors that influence the success or failure of female college students as hierarchical structure chart, so as to clarify the logical relationship between the factors.The research brings 3 enlightenments: to create a good social atmosphere and entrepreneurial environment is the premise of female college students' entrepreneurial success; improving the effective supply of government policies, build entrepreneurship education and service platform is the guarantee of success of female college students entrepreneurship; the female college students self realization, the pursuit of independence and good psychological quality and excellent quality of female college students individual and team skills, decision-making ability, innovation consciousness, resource integration level of core competence is the key to success. |
