陕西省加强幼儿园师资队伍的培养和建设,与幼儿园数量的迅猛增加相比,幼儿园教师需求缺额仍然较大,主要原因在于幼儿教师教育供给审批不严,供给质量不高,不能满足市场对优质学前教育资源的需求。在实践改革中,应从幼儿园教师专业化发展维度出发,加强国家制度保障、夯实学校教师教育、助力教师专业成长,促进陕西省幼儿园教师的专业化发展。 |

Although the training of preschool teachers and professional construction in Shaanxi Province were strengthened in these years, compared with the rapid development of numerous new preschool education institutions, the social demand about preschool teachers is still intensive. The main cause comes from the loose official approval of the preschool teacher education and the lack of examination and management, and the quality of teacher is poor, which can’t meet the market demand for high quality preschool teachers. In the reform practice, this paper suggests the national preschool teaching institutions should be strengthened, professional training of school teachers should be improved, teachers’ professional development in Shaanxi province should be enhanced, based on the professional development dimension. |
