| 2012年3月，为了缓解学前教育快速发展过程中师资不足问题，经国家教育部和陕西省人民政府批准，原陕西教育学院改制更名为陕西学前师范学院并于当年9月开始招收首批本科层次学生。经过4年培养，通过对首届720名本科毕业生的就业情况进行追踪调查发现，毕业生整体就业质量较高，符合学校立足陕西、服务地方的定位，工作单位性质比较稳定，就业后基本权益有所保障,且毕业生就业岗位与所学专业相关性高、对就业岗位的适应性较强，毕业生对学校开展就业工作成效比较认可，但由于受到工资待遇等方面的影响，对就业岗位的满意度有待提高。 |

| With the fast development of preschool education, the efforts to address the insufficient faculty is one of the key measures conducted in Shaanxi province. In Mar. 2012, approved by Ministry of Education and Shaanxi government, Shaanxi Institute of Education was renamed as Shaanxi Xueqian Normal University and it began to enroll the undergraduates in September. After four years training, 720 students majoring in preschool education graduated, and their employment was traced. The survey shows that in general students’ employment are good, which conforms to the orientation of the university to provide services for Shaanxi and local place. Most of the students work in stable positions enjoying basic workers’ rights. Besides, positions are much closed to their major, so they can adapt to the working environment. Therefore, the students are positive to employment service provided by university. However, being influenced by poor welfare, their satisfaction to their position needs to be improved. |
