      随着城市化进程的不断加快,农民工涌入城市寻求新的发展机会,留守儿童的教育问题不可忽视,针对陕西省宁强县各乡镇幼儿园900名留守幼儿自主意识状况进行分析,采取随机抽样和个别访谈方式进行调查,对其成因进行了分析,结果显示乡镇留守儿童教育需要社会关注。对此提出了从确立家园合作的育人目标,完善学前教育的内容体系,实施有效的幼儿德育措施,改善监护人和幼儿的关系四个方面进一步提升育人工作水平。

      Along with the accelerating urbanization, rural migrant workers come into cities to seek new development opportunities, consequently, the problem of education of left-behind children cannot be ignored. This paper selected 900 left-behind children in Ningqiang county, Shaanxi province as research target and made random individual interview to investigate their independent consciousness condition and its causes. The results show that the education of rural left-behind children needs to get social attention. Therefore this paper proposes to promote education from the following four aspects: establishing the goal of children education in kindergarten-family cooperation; perfecting the content of pre-school education; implementing effective measures for early childhood moral education and improving the relationship between guardians and young children.
