| “提高质量”是十三五期间我国学前教育事业发展的主要目标之一。张雪门先生作为我国学前教育事业的开拓者,认为幼儿师资的质量决定了幼儿教育的质量，幼儿教育的目标和课程设置应随着时代的变化而更新，教育的最终目的是帮助幼儿适应现在生活环境的基础上，适应将来的生活。随着信息化、全球化、知识经济时代的来临，社会对人才培养提出了新的需求。基于张雪门先生的教育理念，高质量的幼儿教育应该在结合时代特征、儿童特性、儿童的生活特点基础上构建具有时代性教育目标，培养幼儿适应第三空间生活的能力，适应幼儿的生长，回归幼儿经验，创设有生命力环境，培养优质师资以促进优质的学前教育形成。 |

| Quality improvement is one of the major objective of preschool education cause in our 13th Five-year Plan. Zhang Xuemen, as a pioneer of our education cause, pointed out that the quality of preschool teaching staff is the decisive factor to the quality of preschool education; the objective and curriculum of early education should be updated with the change of time; the ultimate goal of education is to help children adapt themselves to the living environment, and make preparation for whole life. Infomationalization, globalization and knowledge-based economy pose new challenges to talent training. From the point of Zhang Xuemen, for high quality early education, time-and-children-oriented teaching objectives are supposed to be established on the basis of the feature of the time and characteristics of children and their life. Children should be trained to accustom themselves to live in the third space. Children’s growth, children’s experience should be taken into consideration in creating a lively environment for them. Qualified teaching staff is the precondition for education quality. |
