| 伪满洲中央银行和汪伪中央储备银行是两个有代表性的伪政权银行，它们的货币发行分别表现出两种极端性的倾向。两伪行货币发行中差异性的产生，源于日本侵略者在各占领区所实行的不同经济策略及“金融统制”的不同效果，也与两者各自所处的金融环境有重要关系。从货币银行学的角度看，伪满洲中央银行在金融管理运作上做得相对较为平稳和缓，而汪伪中央储备银行不仅因过量的货币发行而引发了战时国内最严重的通货膨胀，也种下了中国历史上最具危害性金融危机的祸根。 |

| The Pseudo Central Bank of Manchuria and the Wang’s Pseudo Central Reserve Bank are two representative pseudo regime banks, and their currency issues show two extreme tendencies respectively. The difference of two pseudo-banks currency distribution in the production, due to the different effect in different Japanese occupied areas to implement the strategy of economic and financial controls of the Japanese invaders, has important relationship with both the financial environment. From the Money and Banking perspective, the Pseudo Central Bank of Manchuria has done in the pseudo financial operation is relatively smooth and gentle. The Wang's Pseudo Central Reserve Bank not only caused the worst inflation in the country not only because of excessive currency distribution ,but also planted the seeds out the hazardous of the financial crisis in the history of Chinese. |
