      为了解中小学生学业求助行为的现状和影响因素,达到促进中小学生学业发展的目标,文章对中小学生学业求助行为现状和影响因素方面(自我效能感、归因方式、人格、社会支持等)的研究进行了综述,并在此基础上提出优化中小学生学业求助行为的策略,如提高学生的自我效能感、引导学生正确归因、营造良好的班级环境等。
英文摘要:
      In order to understand the status and influential factors of primary and middle school students' academic help-seeking behaviors and to achieve the goal of promoting their academic development, the status and influencing factors (such as self-efficacy, attribution styles, personality, social support) on primary and middle school students' academic help-seeking behaviors were reviewed, and based on this the paper put forward some optimization strategies on their academic help-seeking behaviors: improving students' self-efficacy, guiding students’ attribution styles, creating nice classroom environment, etc.
