      学前教育专业科学课教师的实践包括理化生地等自然科学知识来自于生产、生活的实践,及幼儿园的科学游戏等相关课程的教学实践。学前教育专业“双师型”科学教师队伍建设,通过依托“实践基地”、“学研结合”、“访问学者”等模式,实现学前教育专业与幼儿园之间专业技术人才的合作互融;通过“专家作坊”、“双师待遇”等政策鼓励鞭策,推动学前教育师资队伍的高端发展。
英文摘要:
      The practice of professional science teacher in pre-school education major includes the teaching practice of natural scientific knowledge, the life practice, and the scientific game of kindergarten. This paper studied the suggestions of team construction of “double professional teachers” in preschool education major. The paper suggested it relied on the "practice education base", "combination of research and learning", "visiting scholar", to realize a career cooperation between kindergarten and preschool education major; Through the stimulated policies of "expert workshop", individualized salaries of "double professional teacher" and other policies, it can encourage the promotion of the high qualified preschool education faculty.
