      学前艺术教育是学前专业核心课程,应重视培养师范生的艺术素养与艺术技能,使其在职后能引导儿童感知、欣赏、创造美。但对某市师范院校、幼儿园涉及的多方进行访谈后发现,师范生存在艺术技能弱、艺术素养差的问题;究其原因在于艺术教育缺乏专业化背景、艺术教育忽视艺术素养的养成;通过强调专业背景、调整教学方式方法、树立正确认识、引导幼儿园正确评价教师艺术素质是促进艺术教育发展的关键。
英文摘要:
      Preschool art education is one of the core courses for preschool education major,in which attentions should be paid to the cultivation of students’ artistic accomplishment and artistic skills,making students have the ability to guide children to perceive,appreciate and create beauty after in later working. However,after the interview in colleges and kindergartens in certain city from multi perspectives,preschool education majors are found to be poor in artistic skills and artistic accomplishment. The major reasons are: there is a lack of professional background in art education and the cultivation of artistic accomplishment is neglected in art education. To accelerate the development of art education,efforts should be made to improve educators’ awareness of professional background,to choose appropriate teaching methods,to promote correct understanding toward art education,and to guide kindergarten management to evaluate teachers’ artistic accomplishment in a scientific way.
