| 党的十八届四中全会提出全面推进依法治国。为引导运城幼师高专女大学生真正贯彻依法治国并积极践行社会主义核心价值观，在未来的幼教岗位上依法执教，采用文献研究法、经验总结法等方法，阐释了手机媒体环境下培育运城幼师高专女大学生法治观的必要性，手机媒体对幼师女大学生法治观教育的积极和消极影响，提出了运用手机媒体加强运城幼师高专女大学生法治观培育的具体措施。 |

| It promotes rule the country in line with the law in the 4th plenary session of 18th CPC Central Committee.It aims to guide female college students of Yuncheng Kindergarten College to carry out the rule of law and practice the socialist core values in their future job. By literature research, experiential summary, the paper explains the necessities of female college students' View of Rule by Law in the mobile media environment，the mobile media has a positive and negative impact on the cultivation of the rule of law of the infant female college students，put forward the specific measures of the education about the rule of law of female college students of Yuncheng Kindergarten College for using the mobile media. |
