| 全面抗战爆发后的1937年8月，陕北公学在延安成立，李维汉是陕北公学的主要领导人之一。他在陕北公学工作期间，始终坚持统一战线、抗战建国以及党性办校的管理理念，同时贯彻民主教育、理论与实际相结合，以及学员间应同步学习等教育思想。李维汉管理理念和教育思想在陕北公学的贯彻，培养了一大批抗战干部，丰富了干部教育的内涵，不仅为抗日战争的胜利做出了巨大的贡献，而且奠定了中共干部教育的基调。 |

| In August 1937, after the outbreak of Anti-Japanese War, Public School of Northern Shaanxi was established in Yanan, with Li Wei-han being one of the leaders. Working in the Public School of Northern Shaanxi, Li insisted the concepts of management including united front, founding new China in the Anti-Japanese War and establishing school with party spirit. Meanwhile, he carried out his own thoughts of education, including democratic education, combination of theory and practice, and the synchronous learning among students. The Public School of Northern Shaanxi fostered many cadres for Anti-Japanese war, and enriched the connotation of official education. His work not only made great contribution to the victory of Anti-Japanese war, but also established the keynote of the education for Chinese communist leaders. |
