| 文化是幼儿园的办园之魂，是幼儿园的精神支柱所在。幼儿园文化建设必须建立在一定的理念之上，必须创建符合幼儿生活和发展的健康的、积极的园所文化。建设幼儿园园所文化,应当从物质文化、制度文化和精神文化这三个方面去着手，学习和借鉴国内外优秀幼儿园园所文化建设的先进经验,取长补短，相互监督，不断发展，为全园师生提供温馨和谐的园所文化氛围，促进幼儿的健康和谐发展。 |

| Campus Culture Idea is the foundation soul of a kindergarten,and is the spiritual pillars of a kindergarten.Kindergarten culture of daily life must be built on a certain conception,and must be consistent with children's life development and healthy situation.The construction of kindergarten campus culture should be proceed from the three aspects:material culture,institutional culture and spiritual culture.This paper studied that the ways of having warm and harmonious campus culture atmosphere and promoting the healthy development of children are by learning from the advanced culture experience construction of excellent kindergartens. |
