      幼儿园教研是课程实施与改革的前提,是促进幼儿教师专业发展的重要抓手。当前,幼儿园教师对教研工作存在三个误区:重形式、轻内容;重结果、轻过程;重理论、轻实践。其根源在于幼儿园教师对于“教研”概念的误解,把“研究”二字披上了神秘化的外衣。我们应该及时“去魅”,理性地认识到“教研”与“科研”在研究起点、研究目标与意义、研究思路与方法、研究成果等方面的不同,使教育理论研究者与幼儿园教师认识到幼儿园教研的“中层理论”属性,从而积极开展合作,共同推进学前教育事业发展。
英文摘要:
      Teaching and research in kindergarten is the premise for the implementation and reform of curriculum in kindergarten.It is also an important part of promoting kindergarten teachers’ professional development.Problems exist in the preschoolteacher’s knowledge of teaching and research,mainly including emphasis on form and neglecting of content; focusing on result and neglecting of process; stressing on theory and neglecting of practices.These problems are resulted by preschool teachers’misunderstanding about teaching and research,making research to be mysterious.To change the present situation,efforts should be made to “disenchant” the concept of teaching and research,helping preschool teachers form a rational understanding about “teaching” and “research”,and making contribution to the promotion of preschooleducation.
