      幼儿园教师科学素养严重影响着幼儿园科学探究活动的进一步发展。若要提升幼儿园教师科学素养,就必须研究形成现状的成因。本文通过问卷调查,对山西省幼儿园教师科学素养进行抽样调查分析,得出结论:学历和职称依然是反映幼儿园教师科学素养的主要指标。因此,只有重视学历教育,强化职称导向,才能有效提升幼儿园教师的科学素养。
英文摘要:
      The scientific inquiry activity in kindergarten is seriously restricted by the scientific literacy of its teachers, the improvement of which is greatly related to the exploration of the causes of the present situation. The paper approaches the problems of the scientific literacy of teachers in kindergartens in Shanxi province by a sampling survey with questionnaire. It concludes that educational background and professional title are among the major influential factors. Thus, to improve the scientific literacy of kindergarten teacher, importance should be given to the two factors.
