      新教师资格考试制度的实施,提高了教师的入职门槛,打破了教师资格终身制,对教师的资质提出了更高的要求。如何以新教师资格考试为契机,提高办学水平,培养高素质的人才,是各高等师范院校共同思考的问题。本文分析了新教师资格证考试政策中所蕴含的价值取向以及目前普通高师院校在人才培养中面临的问题,总结了在新教师资格考试制度下高等师范院校如何把握契机,改革人才培养方案,使人才培养走向以“能力”为中心,突出实践性和发展性,从而更好的促进学前教育专业人才的培养。
英文摘要:
      The implementation of the new teacher’s qualification examination system increases the difficulty of getting a chance to enter into the profession, breaks the former teacher’s qualification system, and puts forward stricter requirements for those who want to get a qualification. The new teacher qualification examination system brings us great opportunities to improve the management of a school and train high-quality talent, which arouses great attention among various normal colleges. Based on the analysis of the value orientation reflected in the new teacher’s qualification exam system, as well as the problems existing in the present talent training programs in different colleges, the paper concludes that in line with the new examination system for teacher’s qualification, in order to promote the training of preschool education talent and realize ability-oriented training pattern, measures should be taken in reforming the present curriculum for preschool education study in which practice and development should be highlighted.
