      由于我国长期以来实行的城市优先发展战略使得城乡二元结构出现,导致教育的城乡差异较大,西部欠发达地区学前教育资源配置不完善,师资水平制约了西部地区的学前发展。在全面提升学前教育质量的社会背景下,需要依据成人学习特质设计培训策略,借鉴TOT模式探索层级递进式教师专业培训体系,通过设计以关键能力提升为主的培训内容来提升农村幼儿教师教育教学水平,以地方高校为主要力量整合资源建构学习共同体,为其专业发展提供持续帮助,形成县、乡、村三级学前教育联动模式,逐步提升教师专业素养,有效提升西部农村学前教育质量。
英文摘要:
      The post-profession training mode of preschool teacher is necessary to be innovated under the background of improving the quality of preschool education comprehensively. Aiming at the rural preschool teachers' urgent needs of improving professional level, from the perspective of the preschool teachers' professional development, this paper reflects on the shortages of the rural preschool teachers training and explores the strategies which are suitable for the professional development of western rural preschool teachers to improve the rural preschool teachers' professional ability and improve the quality of preschool education in the countryside of west China gradually.
