师范生是我国教师资格考试制度的构建基点,其“免考—省考—国考”角色的渐进变迁,清晰反映了我国教师资格考试制度从无到有,从过渡、试点到全面实施的发展轨迹。其中,上移教师管理权限、规范师资来源、构建高师院校教育改革“倒逼机制”和形成尊师重教社会风气是其变迁主旨。理顺教师资格考试制度与师范生招生制度及招教考试制度间的和谐关系是教师管理制度改革的趋势之一。 |

Normal school students are the major teacher qualification examination takers in our country. The teacher qualification examination system reforms from exemption,provincial exam and national exam,which reflected clearly the developing process of teacher qualification examination system in our country. The process presents the following features: upgrading the teacher administration,normalizing the teacher source,constructing the researching pressure mechanism in Normal University and the respectful attitude toward teachers. This paper suggests to regulate the relation among normal university enrollment system,developing the teacher qualification examination system and recruit teacher system. |
