      自1990年代以来幼儿教育的质量越来越受多地受到国际社会瞩目,如何提升幼儿教育的质量以及开发符合本国经济、政治以及文化需要的幼儿教育质量评价体系已然成为各国幼儿教育优先发展的战略性课题。本文通过文献研究法,考察和回顾日本自1990年代以来围绕幼儿教育质量的问题在政策及研究方面做出的回应与举措。
英文摘要:
      The issue of quality in early childhood care and education is getting more and more internationally attention since the 1990s. It has become the national subject of how to improve the quality of early childhood education and how to develop children’s education quality evaluation system, of which are in line with the development of the national economy, politics and culture. Through the literature review,this paper examines Japanese policy and does the research on how to solve the issue of education quality in early childhood care since its 1990s.
