      主动适应中小学及幼儿园对教师特质的新要求是教师教育改革面对的重要课题。陇南师专作为一所培养小学教师为主的地方师范专科院校,把主动适应当前小学课程改革作为小学教师教育改革的基本取向,积极探索与小学协调发展的新思路。具体做法是:创新“双向导师制”,构建兼容开放的教师队伍合作模式;实行“顶岗支教”,构建置换培训的小学教师培训模式;成立“研究机构”,构建“多元主体”的学术交流模式;共建“实践基地”,构建“互利双赢”的实践教学模式。
英文摘要:
      One of the important issues of the reform of teacher education is to actively adapt to new requirements for teachers of primary and middle schools as well as kindergartens. Longnan Teacher’s College, as a local school which takes training primary school teachers as its main purpose, has been actively explore the new thought of joint development with primary schools. The specific approaches are: to create “double tutorial system”; to build the cooperation model of teaching groups which is open and receptive; implement “taking post for field work and replacement training” in the training of primary school teachers and establish “ research institution” to build the model of academic communication of multiple subjects.
