| The university students who accept education in minority languages are faced with serious employment problem. It is related to the steady development of minority education, stability and development of national reform, national unity and social harmony as well. This paper discusses about the importance of employment policy making of graduates in minority colleges through analyzing the related policies of national level and regional level. |
