近年来,高等教育平民化、大众化的进程中,涌现出一批新建本科高校。在其发展过程中,行政管理人员的个人素质不高、发展空间受限、缺乏系统性培训、服务意识淡薄和福利待遇偏低等问题急需解决。针对以上问题,本文提出解决高校管理人员专业化建设的相关对策:一是加强服务意识,注重日常工作创新;二是创造良好的工作环境;三是管理人员的专业化培养培训;四是提高福利待遇,增强管理人员认同感;五是树立有序合理的人才观,扩宽学校各类人员的发展空间和晋升渠道。 |

In recent years, a number of newly built undergraduate colleges and universities emerged with the plebification and popularization of higher education. In the process of its development, some problems of administrative staff need to be solved, such as personal quality not improved, limited development space, the lack of systematic training, thin service consciousness and low benefits. Aiming at above problems, relative countermeasures are put forward for university management personnel specialized construction in this paper. Firstly, strengthen the service consciousness and pay attention to the innovation of daily work. Secondly, create good work circumstance. The third point is increasing training of professional talents. Fourth, improve the welfare benefits and enhance the recognition of administrative staff. Finally, establish proper concept of talent and expand the routes and space of school’s faculty and instructors. |
