当前,新的教育目标对高校教师的课堂教学提出了新的要求,教师的课堂教学素质更具多元化和人性化。多元体现在教师不仅要有过硬的业务水平,还要有真挚的教育情怀;人性化体现在教师不仅要关注学生的智力发展,同时还要注重学生的情感健康。高校教师的课堂教学应该有四种最基本的素质:教师职业平民化、课程内容多样化、课堂知识生活化、学生学习主动化。 |

The current educational goals require college teachers to renew classroom teaching qualities with diversity and humanity. Diversity means that teachers not only have excellent professional knowledge and skills but also sincere educational feelings. Humanity refers that teachers help students not only mentally as well as affectively. It is becoming significant for college teachers to develop the four qualities in their classroom teaching: teachers should get close to students and make friends with them, curriculum should not be restricted by the textbook, teaching can be optimized if teachers can involve students into teaching;,teachers should develop every student’s initiative in study. |
