幼儿园实行混龄编班制的设想虽然得到了一些学者的肯定,但无论从实践操作,还是从理论层面来看,都存在诸多缺陷。混龄编班制不仅违背了班级管理的全面发展原则,不利于幼儿的共同进步,而且也违背了因材施教的教学原则,不利于教学活动的统一开展。同时,混龄编班制更易引发幼儿安全问题,不利于幼儿的身心发展,因而必然遭到家长的共同反对,给家园合作带来严峻挑战。混龄编班制并不应成为幼儿园班级教学的主要组织形式,只有适度开展混龄教育活动才是合理的选择。 |

Although carrying out the system of mixed-age classes in kindergarten is affirmed by some scholars, whether in practical or in theory, there are many obvious drawbacks. The system of mixed-age class violates not only the principle of comprehensive development in the class management, but also the principle of teaching children according to their aptitude, which is not conductive to children’s common progress and carry out the teaching activities acted in a unified way. At the same time, this system is easier to cause children’s security issues against children's physical and mental development. Therefore, the system of mixed-age class will inevitably be met with opposition of parents so that brings serious challenges to kindergarten - family co-operation. The system of mixed-age class should not become the main organizational form of kindergarten class teaching. And to appropriately carry out mixed-age educational activities is the reasonable selection. |
