| 融合教育是当代国际教育发展的潮流，美国作为实施这一教育的先驱国家，对其进行了深入探索和研究，积累了丰富的理论和实践经验。美国的融合教育经历了四个阶段，已经发展为具有全员参与、多种干预策略和完备支持措施等特点的教育模式，为我国的融合教育建设提供了重要参考与借鉴。 |

| Inclusive education is a trend towards the development of modern international education. As one of the pioneers which implement inclusive education，America gets rich experience in theory and practice. Inclusive education of America has gone through four stages，which has developed into a full participation，has supported a variety of intervention strategies and characteristics of a complete model of education. It provides an important reference for China’s inclusive education. |
