      课程资源是幼儿园课程实施的重要保障,高效的课程资源管理则是幼儿园课程资源使用的基础。本研究在对幼儿园课程资源管理现状进行调查的基础上,探寻幼儿园课程资源有效管理的实施策略与程式,研究幼儿园课程资源管理共享平台与资源室的管理方式,具体探究幼儿园课程资源有效管理中管理模式、管理制度、专门管理人员发展等,为教育主管部门提供相关的可行性建议,对幼儿园课程资源的有效管理提供支持,以其实现幼儿园课程资源的科学管理,服务于幼儿园教育教学质量的提升。
英文摘要:
      Curriculum resources are essential to the implementation of kindergarten curriculum, and the use of curriculum resources largely depends on the efficiency of their management. On the basis of the investigation of the present situation of the management of kindergarten curriculum material resource, effective management strategies are explored, including the hierarchical management strategy of the main body, management strategies of the shared platform, management strategies of resource storage room, management strategies of motivation and evaluation, and other implementation strategies. The study also probes into the mode and system of management and the development of specialized management personnel and some feasible suggestions of the kindergarten curriculum material resource management are proposed accordingly. These suggestions can be referred to in the promotion of the efficiency of the kindergarten curriculum material resource management to realize its scientific management, and thus promote the quality of the kindergarten education.
