| 幼儿期是幼儿一生中的关键时期，幼儿教师在这一时间段自然有着举足轻重的作用。在日常的教学活动中，幼儿的身心发展很大程度上受到幼儿教师的影响，尤其是幼儿教师的教学智慧在其中的作用更为明显。本文从幼儿教师教学智慧的相关内涵的探讨入手，进一步对于幼儿教师教学智慧的基本特征：内隐性、反思性、创造性和可传递性进行阐述。通过对于幼儿教师教学智慧的内涵及其基本特征的研究，可以为未来幼儿教师教育工作的发展提供一定的思路和方向。 |
| 英文摘要: |
| Infancy is a crucial period in people’s life, in which teachers play an importan role. Children’s development, to a great extent, is significantly influenced by teachers, through daily teaching activities. Therefore, teachers’ wisdom in teaching is of particular importance. This paper discusses the connotation and the major characteristics of teachers’ teaching wisdom, hoping to be helpful to teachers’ teaching activities. |
