初中起点五年一贯制学前教育专科学历教师培养模式是我国目前极力倡导的幼儿师资培养的主要模式之一。为了在扩大该专业招生规模的同时保证人才的质量,并突出五年制与其他学制相比的优势,文章主要探讨了“2.5+1.5+1”的培养模式及其优势,提出了一些实施时需要注意的问题,以便探索出更适合当前社会的一种新型学前教育专业人才培养模式。 |

“Five years System” of Talent Training Mode is one of the major training modes in the training of preschool teachers in our country at present. Taking “2.5+1.5+1” Five Years Talent Training Mode as an example, this paper discusses the comparative advantages of the “Five years System”. In order to ensure the education quality in the expansion of enrollment and highlight the comparative advantages, the paper puts forward some problems that need to be solved, with the ultimate goal of exploring a new mode for the training of preschool teachers. |
