      教师作为幼儿园亲子活动的重要参与者,对幼儿园亲子活动的有效开展起着至关重要的作用。通过对幼儿园亲子活动中教师的角色定位和指导策略的现状调查,一方面建议幼儿园教师应科学定位自身所担当的角色;树立正确的指导态度;提升自身的指导能力;持续改进亲子活动中的指导策略;发展与家长之间的伙伴关系;另一方面,建议幼儿园应转变观念推动亲子活动的开展;组织教师开展针对亲子活动的园本研修和观摩交流;为教师提供相关的培训课程。
英文摘要:
      Kindergarten teacher as an important participant in parent-child activities, plays a vital role in the effective implementation of parent-child activities. Based on a survey of teacher’s role and guiding strategy, the paper, on the one hand, suggests that teachers should position their own role scientifically, build the right guiding attitude, enhance their ability of guidance; improve the instructive strategy in parent-child activities and develop partnerships with parents; on the other hand, suggests that kindergartens should change their ideas on the organization parent-child activities, provide relevant training courses for teachers and encourage them to participate in self-improvement.
