      目前幼儿教师对游戏的理解尚偏重外在形式要素而忽视游戏的精神内涵。因此,正视在当前幼儿园教育实践中教育目标的急功近利、教育方式的“自上而下”、 过度的“寓教于乐”、教育互动的表层化等方面导致的游戏精神偏离的事实,通过解放儿童,让幼儿按照自己的意愿行动——观察与反思,进一步了解幼儿并确认教育行动的有效性,应实施后续教育行动,有效提升幼儿游戏水平,积极引导幼儿园游戏活动中游戏精神的真正回归。
英文摘要:
      Preschool teachers tend to lay stress on the form of game rather than the playing spirit. At present, the teaching practices in most kindergartens are characterized by striving for the quick achievement of the teaching aims; taking a “top to bottom” teaching method, and misunderstanding about the idea of “teaching through lively activities”. The above mentioned aspects caused a fact that game playing in kindergarten deviates from the playing spirit of the designed games. by taking some measures, such as emphasizing children’s predominant role in class, understanding children and ensuring their effective participation, carrying follow-up education, and helping children improve gaming ability can this situation be changed.
