| 据数据显示，截至2012年12月31日，全国经批准设立的代理记账机构已达12440家，相关从业人员68302人，服务企业524699家。面对如此之多的代理记账机构，创业公司在进行选择时，需要特别慎重。本文从人员素质、服务收费、信用档案、部门设置、兼职会计等几方面入手对目前市场上的代理记账机构进行分析，期望能为中小创业公司如何选择代理记账机构提供一定的参考依据。 |

| According to data collected, it shows that as of December 31, 2012, the country approved the establishment of the accounting agency has reached 12440, with 68,302 relevant practitioners and 52499 related companies.With such a number of agencies, it is necessary to be particularly cautious of the small and median sized companies when choose the right accounting agencies.This paper suggested that the quality of practitioners, service charges, credit files, department settings, part time accounting and other aspects of the current market situation are the main things for the venture companies to study with depth analysis. |
