| 从民族视角、时代视角、地域视角三个方面入手，才能准确了解中华传统文化。而正确认识中华传统文化，才能深入理解长安文化。长安文化在中华传统文化中占有不可忽视的地位：长安文化在一定程度上是中国传统文化的主流文化，为古代各政权认可并极力推动、普及的文化；是中国传统文化的盛世文化，记载着中华传统的辉煌与骄傲；是具有地域特色的文化，对其他地域文化产生重要影响；也是多民族不断融合而产生的文化，是多民族共同创造的文化结晶。 |

| The Chinese traditional culture can be understood from three point of views: nationality，the trend of times，and regional district.With correct recognition of Chinese traditional culture，Chang’an Culture can be understood deeply.Chang’an Culture’s influence on the Chinese traditional culture can not be ignored，it is not only the mainstream culture but also an unique culture in flourishing age of the Chinese traditional culture. |
