The young teachers of the university are the backbone in the development of the university.Psychological contract theory provides a new angle of view to solve the problems in university young teacher management.The university manager should make use of psychological contract theory by renewing management idea,improving management measures,making better environment and development space for the young teachers,refining communication mechanism to make fine conditions for the psychological contract carrying out between the university and the young teachers and promoting the development of the young teachers and the university. |
