对于高职教育来说,校企合作、产教结合是其发展的必要途径。实现校企深层次合作的关键在于二者在文化上的对接与融合。校企文化的对接不能否定校园文化的主体地位,也不能掩盖企业文化的主导优势,强化任何一方都会妨碍校企文化的通畅对接。文化的主体是人,校企文化对接应坚持“以人为本”原则,充分发挥学生的纽带作用,这对于校企文化的对接具有重大而深远的意义。 |

For vocational education,the school enterprise cooperation education is a necessary way of its development.and to achieve deeper cooperation between schools and enterprises is the key for the fusion of culture.While we should admit the dominant education position of these process is the campus culture,and the major adaptive position is the corporation culture.Both parties will make school enterprise culture more closely.The "people oriented" principle will give the students the full play of freedom,which has a far reaching significance for developing school enterprise culture. |
