| 心理咨询中的系统脱敏疗法由易到难、循序渐进、操作简便，将这一原理应用于大学生自主学习过程中，是创造有效性学习的一个重要途径。以此为基础，可将大学生自主学习能力的获得由易到难地区分为唤醒自我阶段、观察或反思阶段、模仿尝试阶段、自我控制阶段、自觉和习惯化阶段。学生可分析自己所处的阶段，然后逐层“脱敏”，一步步地获得自主学习的能力。通过个案研究验证了这一方法是有效的，期待在未来推广这一方法。 |

| Psychological Counseling systematic desensitization therapy is easy to operate either from easy to difficult or step by step.This principle will be applied to college students on self learning process.It is an important way to create the effectiveness of learning.On this basis,the process of achieving the self learning ability can be divided into the following stages:self consciousness stage,observation stage,imitating stage,self control stage,and consciousness and habits stage.The college students should analyze their own stage in order to get the self learning ability.Finally,this paper studied a case in order to verify that this method is effective and hope to be promoted in the future. |
