少数民族地区学前教育发展应正视现实中存在的问题,科学规划,落实各项政策与措施。本文以湘西自治州为例,对资源、资金投入、监管、师资队伍建设、保教质量等五个方面所存在的问题进行思考,并建议重视资源结构、资金投向、落实监管、园本岗位培训及发挥民族特色提高保教质量。 |

Attention and correct attitude should be given to problems existing in preschool education in minority areas,and the making of scientific plan and the implementation of various policies and measures are needed to solve those problems. This paper takes Xiangxi autonomous prefecture as an example,and analyses the problems in 5 aspects,including the input of resources and fund,supervision and management,teaching staff,and teaching quality. The result of the study shows that to improve the teaching quality of preschool education in minority areas,efforts should be made to improve the resource structure,optimize the distribution of fund,promote the mechanism of supervision,strengthen post training and create preschool education with minority groups’ characteristics. |
