      21世纪幼儿教师角色的形象诉求要由“技术性操作者”转变为“反思性实践者”。现有高职《幼儿园教育活动设计与指导》课程体系已经明显不能适应当前高职学前教育培养“反思性实践者”人才的要求,对其进行改革已势在必行。围绕“实践”从重定课程性质与目标、重组课程内容、重构教学模式和重订评价体系四个方面来改革《幼儿园活动设计与指导》课程是当前高职学前教师教育应该关注、研究和解决的一项重要课题,以此来满足社会对“反思性实践者”人才的需要。
英文摘要:
      In the 21st century, the role of preschool teacher changes from “skillful operator” into “reflective practitioner”. However, the existing curriculum of “Design and Guide of the Teaching Activities in Kindergarten” for higher vocational education cannot keep up with the change, and the requirements to the cultivation of “reflective practitioner” need a urgent reform of the curriculum. The redesign of the course nature and objectives, the reorganization of the teaching contents, the restructuring of the teaching models, and the remaking of the assessment system are essential to the reform of the existing curriculum of the course --- “Design and Guide of the Teaching Activities in Kindergarten”. “Practice” should be highlighted in its reform to satisfy the needs in the cultivation of “reflective practitioners”.
