      实习是综合运用和检验师范生教学技能的一个重要平台,通过对教学设计、教学视频和实习日志等的梳理,发现不少高校学前教育专业实习生在教学技能方面存在很多问题,如准备技能较弱,课堂教学基本技能整体水平低,课后技能严重缺乏等。若要解决这些问题,实习生必须要提高自身的角色意识,主动积累技能技巧;师范院校要合理设置教学技能理论与实践课程,并建立起长效的技能训练机制,还要加强教育见习管理,严格顶岗实习指导;合理利用教育资源,加强教育实习的基地建设,在互惠互利中共同进步。
英文摘要:
      Teaching practice is an important platform for the comprehensive application and testing of teaching skills of normal students.Through analyzing the teaching designs,videos and practice logs,it finds that preschool education majors in Bozhou University have a lot of problems in teaching skills,for example their preparation kills for lesson is weak,the basic skills of classroom teaching is generally on a low level,and after-school teaching skills is seriously in a lack.To solve these problems,student teachers must improve their consciousness of teacher’s role and accumulated their teaching skills actively.Normal colleges should not only set reasonable curriculum for theory and practice teaching of teaching skills and establish long-term mechanism for skill training,but also strengthen the trainee management and implement instruction strictly.Finally,educational resources should be used reasonably and the establishment of teaching practice base should be strengthened to make progress and benefits in the mutual reciprocity.
